Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?

I do accept returns in some circumstances. That is if you was to be unsatisfied with your order or if your order was to arrive damaged through shipping. I do not accept returns if you have changed your mind on colours or designs. This is because all designs and materials are discussed prior to making your arrangements.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are something I am currently looking into. They will be available very soon. Keep your eyes peeled.

What are the payment options?

I accept payments in a couple of ways. If you make a purchase via the website it will be PayPal only. I do also accept payments via bank transfer to my business account or cash on collection also but you would need to contact me either via the 'contact me' page or via my Facebook buisness page if you wish to use either of these two methods. All customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the order before anything is made.

Do you post orders?

This question is asked quite alot. Yes I do post to anywhere in the UK at an extra cost. Everything I post is sent via a courier, tracked, signed for and covered for loss or damage up to the value of your order. All of my orders on average arrive between 5-7 working days.

How much is postage?

The price of postage all depends on the size of your order and the value. Everything is posted fully tracked, signed for and covered to the value. For a small parcel between 0-2kg up to a £50 value will be £5. For a medium parcel between 2-5kg up to a £50 value will be £6.50. For a large parcel between 5-10kg up to the value of £50 will be £7.50. If the value of any of the above parcel values is between £50 to £100 its £2 extra and if the value of the above parcel value is between £100 to £150 it will be £3 extra. Parcel values of £150 up to £300 is £5 extra. Any orders over this value will be sent via another courier. Prices will be discussed between myself and the customer.

What are your terms and conditions?

Terms and conditions vary on the order. For small orders £25 and under, payment is due upfront to secure the order. For orders between £30 and £299 a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your order, the remaining balance will be due once your order is complete before collection or shipping. For orders over £300 a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to fully secure your order. For orders booked 1-2 years in advance you will be required to pay a 25% NON-REFUNABLE deposit to fully secure your order, then 50% of your total balance is due 6 months before your shipping/collection date and then the remaining balance will be due once your order is complete before shipping/collection.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in ALL circumstances. I will do my upmost best to work with you should you need to change your date or reschedule for any unforseen circumstances.

For all customers that book for any events will be sent a booking form and my full terms and conditions prior. These will need to be completed and signed before any contract is formed between myself and the customer.
